Will RX330 Wheels Work on the LS?
Can I switch my LS460 wheels with my wife's RX330 wheels?

Besides I'd bet the offsets aren't right.

All previous Lexus models had 12mm X 1.5 hub bolts.
LS460 has 14mm X 1.5 bolts.
I would say NO.

yes, bolt pattern is completely different
not to mention the front, more than likely it won't clear the calipers
