The black saph is very BLACK! I saw it inside and thought it was obsidian. Only when the light hit the edges could you tell it was not black. The great picture of the black saph a few posts above has a LOT of blue showing through, a lot more than I saw. I would be wary of getting the black saph because you like blue. Don't get me wrong; I have the obsidian and love it, and I liked the black saph too...but not for its blueness...

That's exactly the beauty of getting such a paint - you have a black car & a dark blue car at the same time depending on the lighting conditions. I've seen the Black Sapphire on the LS in person & it's a very nice paint

Speaking about colors, on the catalog I've received from the dealer there is a color called "Black Pearl" which is a metallic black, with more depth than the obsidian. Have anyone seen a "Black Pearl" LS-460 yet?
