That's the part I don't understand, because lots of people WON'T buy these cars even when they are spending enough money to do so. For example, WHYYYYY would anyone buy a new Chrysler 300 V6 instead of buying a nice '02-'03 LS430. Anyone with a pulse could drive each car for 3 miles and see that the LS is miles and miles and miles and miles and miles ahead of the 300. Even if you're talking new vs. used, one can expect the LS to have only a fraction of the problems that the 300 would have over any time or distance that you want to consider. ![Confused](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)

The 03 LS, IMHO, was much more characteristic of a grandpa-mobile. The '07 LS is just stunning and beautiful for all ages.

I have to say, you're never too young to drive an awesome car! My husband will be 34 next month and I'm 27. We traded in his 2001 GS300 for the 2007 LS460 about 2 weeks ago. I was 24 when I picked up my 2004 GX470. It's all about what you're willing to spend you hard earned $$ on. I'm happy to forgoe the chanel this and gucci that because I'd rather drive a lex.

my cousin got the LS460L when he turned 18 (not spoiled, he leased it). before than he had a LS430 UL and before that he had a LX470. he isnt spoiled, just hard working. so even if you're young, you'll look old driving a LS and when you're old, you'll still look old! LOL.
as for me, i know i can't afford it but i'm happy with my GS3.

I'm 38 and I don't think I'm too young for the car. In Singapore, it is a grandparents car but it is a grandparents' car because it cost SGD$300,000 (USD$220,000) and many around my age can only get like the GS. If you can afford such a good car when you're young then why not?
