I just called the dealer and they told me to call XM-Radio directly to inquire about the reroute feature since it is a service from XM-Radio. I called technical support for XM-Radio and inquired about it and they told me because the unit came pre-installed with the LS460 I have to call the Lexus Dealer directly .

Which one is it?

that's no good..... i think it has to be with XM since it's their serive AND setup, lexus just put it in, not like they can alter anything

i would either call XM and talk to supervisor instead, or call lexus customer service, tell them your situation and being bounced by both ends, and request their attention

If the dealer doesn't help, try Lexus Link.

They are corporate and can get to the right department.

Resurrecting an old thread...
I was in a '13 ES loaner and the rerouting defintely worked in LA. How is the rerouting working for gen 6 nav people? (2010-2012 LS)
