So you said you have a DVD-A disc coming in on Wednesday? That was a couple days ago... have you tried it out yet? If it's anything like the difference between a CD and DVD-A disc in my friend's 05 Acura TL... the difference is mind-blowing... just amazing how much difference a change in format will made on a properly setup 5.1 or 7.1 channel system!

I have only sat in the LS460 once... in a dealership showroom, but I carefully and observantly went through a sensory exploration of viewing, touching, and listening to just about everything I could for the 20 minutes or so I sat in it.
My two disappointments were the overhead console sunglass holder... far too flimsy feeling, plasticky, thin, etc... woulda been acceptible in the ES but not up to par with the rest of the 'flagship' interior in the LS. And also the glove compartment, I definitely agree with you on. Again it belonged in the ES as well - kinda hollow, flimsy, and not elegant at all when opening/closing... just kinda fell open and slammed shut.
