Default LS460 feat. ZONE 1 20" Wheels

Hey guys, I got these pics from a customer the other day and just wanted to share. Before anyone even says it, I know that the 22" wheels have more of a "wow" factor, however this vehicle is driven by an executive that must entertain clients, etc and the totally aggressive 22" setup would not fly.

Another key request was the tires, as he wanted to use the Michelin PS2 tires, which run overspec so we had to build the wheels specifically for these tires. The good thing about them is their meaty sidewall, which gives the wheels a more OEM appearance. With different tires we can go more aggressive and yeild larger lips.

The great thing about the 20" is the amount of sidewall that can be retained on these cars and the more understated mod appearance. His friend has a BMW 7series with the 19" sport package and he just wanted to show him up a little bit! lol. Of course these wheels also accept the OEM TPS sensors, as well as clearing the LS460's massive calipers.

Here are the details:

ZONE 1 - 3pc FORGED
BRUSHED ALUMINUM / CHROME LIP
20x9 - 2.5" lip
20x10.5 - 3.5" lip
245/40-20
275/35-20 Michelin PS2

he should switch out the tyres and put a stretch, plus add some spacers and then bag it to the ground...then it would look "not bad"

looks great even though its not lowered. I think a wheel design without so much going on would look even better

Huge lips sink ships.

The large lips make those dubs look like 18s.

And the giant wheel gap up front doesn't cut the mustard.

Sorry D2 - doesn't work for me. I've no doubt the rims and fitment are EXCELLENT quality.

Yeah I hear you, I know this is not the typical setup that CL'ers would do, however of all the LS460's that we have done, no one is the demographic that wants "22's, slammed, aggressive, etc".

Its all been older professionals, younger professionals and the key is, most are being used in a working capcity. Trust me as I always say, the first LS460 guy looking for some sweet custom crafted multipiece 22" wheels I'm here all day everyday!

But its just as important to service each individual customer to their liking. I think I could have sold this customer on a 1 way trip to the firing squad before I sold him 25series tires! LOL

Looks great. This guy is like me, doesn't want his luxury sedan slammed or the car afixed with oversized wheels. The 20's are perfect for styling and profiling.
22's are for laying and playing.
