I am contacting the Dealer today for a service appt. Don't know if anyone has / had a problem with this. Recently, while playing the Ipod thru the input, I received alot of static, and then my Ipod stopped playing, no sound, although the Ipod screen and Nav screen showed still working. I pulled out and reinserted the input, thinking that would help. Nothing. So, I thought, tempremental Ipod, maybe needs to be charged. So I charged it, reinserted the next day and no problem. Until yesterday, I was listening to XM, and the same thing, loud static, but it didn't stop playing thru the speakers, just static, and then it was gone. Anyone else experiencing intermittent static on their systems????

I haven't used an Ipod, but have had zero static with CD's or XM.
