I paid $5.38 per sq/ft, 8.9% sales tax included. I thought about the racedeck flooring too but doesn't it make noises when you walk/drive on it?

Nice floor for sure! That's one happy LS
Why are there some many small dividing lines(spackle/drywall tape?) on the wall? Aren't the drywalls normally a big 4'x8' sheet?

I saw an episode of hgtv where this garage had a pretty big crack(maybe 1" wide) in the garage. Rather than covering it up, they used some cheap aquamarine colored stones like those in the fishtank to fill the cracks and sealed it.
Looked pretty good to me

I would guess this would run around $1100-$1200?

Or you can go the cheaper route and get 2 boxes of floor epoxy from home depot for about $120 and then apply a clear coat

GS3Tek, I have no idea why my walls have so much tape on them, but soon they'll all be covered by paint... I'll post pics here later today when it's all done.

Default I am so jealous!!

Wish my garage looked like that! Right now my Lexi shares the garage with Grandma's glassware (waiting to go on Ebay) and my daughter's leftover furniture, etc. from college!!! LOL

Here's the final touch - painted walls. Turned out pretty nice, I'm happy with it. Now I'll save some molla for cabinets

No. Premier garage for the floor and two painters for the walls and ceiling. What I installed myselft was the rubber wall finish at the bottom, and tomorrow I'll upgrade the ceiling light fixtures.

You know Luxo, a spotless and uncluttered garage is the sign of a sick mind!

Looks really good, we've got something very similair but in blue

I really want to get racedeck installed, gotta find a floor lift too. We've got a very tall garage so we could stack two cars on top of each other.

Yes, since the RaceDeck flooring is not permanently attached to the subfloor there is a bit of hollow sound when you walk on it. Not a big deal, but I'm still getting used to it. But it is easier to tinker with the car and motorcycle as it is a softer surface to stand or lay on. And it does make cleaning the floor a lot easier than the old concrete surface. It is far smoother, so a good pushbroom makes quick work of any leaves or stuff that blows in. The cost is about $3.50 / sq ft.
