to me i already gave up as well

considering that both our cars are lexus v8, i don't have much of a choice anyway

This past weekend I took a 1000 mile road trip and averaged 25.5. Mostly highway driving but also past the speed limit

I've had my LS460 SWB abt 2 weeks. In mostly city driving I'm getting abt 16.5 MPG. That's abt the same as my old BMW 540. Given that the LS is larger, heavier & has a 4.6L (vs 4.4L) engine, I'm satisfied.
