My ipod is now fully integrated with my audio system. Just had the VaisTech installed in my LS460. Looks like it's going to be great. I can control all the playlists and such from the touch screen along with the CD / steering wheel.

But best of all I have eliminated the grey out of the whole system. It was about $1k for the whole thing...but is worth it.

very nice, so this is the new viastech system? 1k sounds high though, i thought their unit is around 500 bucks (used to be)?

When you say "I have eliminated the grey out of the whole system" are you referring to just the Audio Part of the system, or the entire system, including NAV and telephone?

I jumped the gun...

currently I simply have ipod on the NAV screen along with controlling it through the other controls in the car.. which is a huge improvement over having to use the ipod to scroll around with.

But the grey out fix was not completed...they will complete this fix in a few weeks. The total price should be the "whole system"...I'll post an update once the whole "grey out" is resolved...I am crossing my fingers.
