Default whats going to happen when I use rims without TPMS?

I am buying some OEM 460 rims to mount snows on for the winter. Of course, the TPMS has been removed for the person's upgraded rims. What warning lights etc am I going to experience when I mount these rims and is there any work around/override to not set off the idiot lights?

If you don't want them, ask the dealer to turn off the receiver. Otherwise the warning light will come on and stay on.

you will see the warning lights on the dash and maybe beeps. but seeing the IS and the SC430, i think the system should be able to be disabled on the ls460 too

Maybe a code will be stored too. Who knows... I've read that there is a pre- delivery procedure to initiate the monitoring of the tires. I assume that if it comes deactivated from factory you could perhaps turn it off for good.

Anyone have an idea of what the best price I can pay for a set of 4 TPMS for my snow tire rims and where I would get them?
