For instance can the difference be seen with the bare eye ?

How many seconds does it takes the LS 460 L to come up with a speed of 100 KM in all 3 modes.

no, personally i don't think you will feel much of a difference. and i believe that setting is more for suspension?!

Yeah, they listed 5.4 sec. as the "official" 0-60 time, but did not differentiate between LWB & SWB I believe, which have weight differences.
I recall at least one test which claims they got 5.4 sec. repeatedly. I think Car & Driver got 5.6 sec. for the pre-production 460L exec. package (heavy) they tested.
