Yes, there are keyholes. They're tucked underneath the front door handles. You don't actually see the hole because there is a plug to keep out dirt and moisture.

Yeah the new push-button SmartAccess Lexus cars have the removable handle piece in case the key fob battery fails, etc. and the mechanical key is needed to unlock the vehicle.

It ends up the convenience of the new keyless system is offset by the giant pain the butt if you lose them. Not only terribly inconvenient but expensive too.
Four Tips: One: You didn't lose the key inside the car. If you did everything would work. Second, the key is probably very close to where you parked the car. Three, Murphy's Law specifies you will find the key easily once you get a new key. Four, when you find the key it will be in the last place you look. :-/
