Barnaby suggested to contact Corporate Lexus if my dealer would not disable the seat belt alarm. I did, and they were not helpful. Apparently they removed the seat belt alarm disconnect from there latest LPS instructions.
Other than obtaining a TIS computer, I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Rob, dig your heels in and present them with a copy of the LPS that I posted on another thead. Lexus can't change boats in midstream, at least with 2007 anyway. Are you sure your Quick Startup Guide doesn't have the 2007 Personalization list at the back that shows this setting? I doubt very much they would have changed it for the current year. Changing this setting is a very simple procedure for the dealer, so I wouldn't take No for an answer.
They told me the same thing when I asked them initially. Show them your evil side...

look at page 630 of your Owner's manual "customized setting = OFF" Go to the dealership. Show them that, than offer to wait while their Tech gets the hand held computer, plugs it into your car under the steering wheel and turns the thing OFF. It is very simple and if the service writer refuses, ask to speak to service manager--show him this page in the manual.

As discussed in another thread, the seat belt alarm in the LS is a two-stage warning; a slow five note initial buzzer, followed by a faster multiple note buzzer. The latter is the one that is an option on the personalization list; more appropriate for families in my opinion. Some owners have persuaded their dealers to turn off both, but I felt the initial one suited my needs. As for the legality or liability aspect, that is Lexus' concern, however the fact that both can be turned off is open to conjecture.

I had both alarms on both front seats turned off. When I initially start the car, there are 4 beeps and the seat belt lights come on if a seat belt is not fastended. That's enough--I know I should, and I do, wear the belts. (also had the same done to my wife's RX350) This dinging was a problem for me because my garage is on the alley and when I would enter the alley (before I got to my drive or to the garage) my wife would release her seat belt and DING, DING, DING--EVEN gets louder! Anyway, no more ding and it is perfectly legal and can be turned back on.
