Excellent! Yeah, I did remember that Tiger is the Buick spokesman...but in the real world, I am sure he drives an LS!

By the way, I am not part of the mod-squad. I leave it stock. I'm a middle aged professional. All that hot rod wheel stuff is not my thing. But to each his own. The car is fabulous stock or modified.

After all the high fiving ends among you guys, the only relevant question is did you get stuck with a leftover 2007 that suffers from the windnoise problem that bedevils many of us? If so, I'm not sure you got a very good deal.

I carefully test drove it and could not hear any wind noise nor could my carophile brother. That being said, some on other threads are reporting the wind noise on the '08 cars as well. It could be something that develops later or that I just did not notice now but will later or both. But the risk doesn't seem any less on an '08. So the real question is whether to buy ANY LS460 (07 or 08) or not. I chose to take the risk because I couldn't hear any wind noise. (Then again, my wife says I only hear what I wanna hear).

Congrats on the car! You're going to love it.

It truly is a remarkable automobile

I wouldn't worry about that Daryll. I took delivery of my May '07 build on July 2nd. There was no wind noise then and there is none now (and I have driven many highway miles). I think either you got it or you don't!

That's good to hear. I am not worried about it. I can't believe how SOLID this car feels. And that's coming from someone who has owned 7 Mercedes and 5 other Lexi (including 4 LS cars over the years). And a VOLVO 240.
