I also have the sulfur type of smell when accellerating vigorously at higher speeds. Had ask dealer to check but cannot solve, very disappointed.

Reading between the lines, I know what you mean. I drove one for almost a month recently, and while it is a step up from a Camry, it does make you miss your LS. And that's all I'm going to say for fear of hurting some feelings in the Club.

 

After driving a bit, mine dumps a load of really foul, sulfur smelling air into the cabin when you change from recirculate to fresh air mode on the A/C. Been to hot to drive around in fresh air mode to see if it is always smelly. Forgot to mention that at the last service..

And since we can't have a thread without it, do you also have the wind noise? I did/almost gone. Another piece of the puzzle?

but I have
1. knocking sound when engine is at idle (compare to ES it's really loud)
2. surfur smell

I hoping that lexus will have TSIB for these problems
or ill just have to take one of service guy for a spin in my LS

 

Knocking sounds, sulfur smell. It sounds like symptoms from eating at Tommy's.

I would definately try different gas. Are you using 91/93 octane?
