Default Rattle in Dash & Rattle in Headliner (repair experience)

There are TSB's out for both of these rattles and I just had mine

in and they performed both TSB 's.

My Lexus dealer did an awesome job at fixing the annoying rattles

and you would never know my car headliner and dash had been removed.

GREAT JOB Lexus of Calgary!!!!

My car was the first LS460 at this dealership to have these TSB's completed.

They took some pictures of the dash when it was out and WOW...it looks

complicated but like I said you can't tell they were even touched.

I will post the pictures as soon as they send them to me.

Glad to hear they did such a good job on your car.

I have the same rattle in my dash and I will have the dealership fix it when I take the car in for my 5,000 mile service. Should be in another few weeks and I hope my dealership does as well on it as yours did.

Thx for the report, your dealership takes pictures of service in progress and sends them to you? Sounds cool...but most importantly glad the repair worked.

I had the dash rattle fixed a week or so ago. Lexus of Reno did an excellent job fixing the problem. I could not find any evidence that the dash had been removed - - no smudges or scratches - - and it looked just like the day I drove it off the lot. The car is as quiet as a church mouse now.

My first Lexus service experience resulted in a very happy (and potentially long-term) customer.

Yikes!! That's major surgery. Glad I had the fix performed before looking at that picture.

I've been concerned and disappointed that my IS350 has squeaks and rattles. I'm absolutely disgusted that the flagship also has these problems. This is the only vehicle in my family that rattles, and the other two are Fords. That speaks for itself!!

I'm glad Lexus is addressing the problem, but I would much rather they build the cars in such a way that keeps the rattles from happening in the first place.
