Well, first recline the seat angle to one that's comfortable for you to push it from the bottom of the head rest upward and press the electric bottom all the way up at the same time and the head rest pops right out like every other car. I found out about this when I was installing 9" monitors on the custom headrest. ^^

Interesting, this might indeed work for the US-market LS 460s which do not have the active front headrests that adjust for collision...I think those are in Europe and Asia anyhow.

Good info Hybrids, should I want to add LCDs in my head-rests for the tikes.
