Default Noisy Wipers

The wipers on my 460 make more noise than the ones on my old 95 LS.

I took it in to the dealer and they put new blades on which helped a bit but there is just too much wiper slap noise at both the top and bottom of the cycle when they are on. I'm wondering if I have some sort of defective wiper linkage?

Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

Thanks;

Pat

Pat, you take your 460 out in the rain?!

Something is wrong, I'd bring it up with the dealer.

He lives in WA, no one there buys a car for the few 'dry' days each month, except for maybe Bill Gates.

Exactly. I'm going to start building an Arc if the rain doesn't let up in the next day or so.

My wipers are quiet. I would take it to the dealer. You might also try rain X on the windshield. Something doesn't sound right. These wipers work much better than my 95 LS as well as my 2002 LS...

Back around 1993 my wife and I took a vacation to the Seattle/Vancouver, Canada area. First time we had ever been there and just thoroughly enjoyed the whole area (Butchart Gardens was unbelieveably beautiful).

We were there 10 days and it never rained a drop. Locals there told us this had never happened before!
