Hello everyone. My girlfriend just got her LS and I want to get her some lowering springs. I did a search and have not heard of any yet. Does anyone know of any good lowering springs. Or when they might be coming out.

sorry didnt get back to you sooner....

tanabe just did the test fit for their springs on my car a couple weeks ago. they came out really well. i think they said that it will be available in the next couple of months.

Do you have any pics? Do you have rims and do you rub?

rub or not it's mainly a matter of your wheels and tires setup (widths and offsets and tire sizes). you spec a set of wheels wrong and you will rub even at stock height

no pics right now, car is out getting a makeover. ill post some up in about a week when the car is done. i would say the drop was close to 1.5...

actually i cant wait to get my car back. i was waiting and waiting for someone to make springs for so long, i almost forked over the 4500 for air suspension or 3000.00 for custom coilovers. then right when i was about to pull the trigger on it, tanabe announced they were going to make the springs. i still couldnt wait the 4-5 months for the development and then sale of the springs, so i just let them use my car as the test fit. thank god they fit. ive had my wheels on hold for soooo long. who wants to put wheels on with no lowering you know?

I did see post #6 but was just looking for a more specific time frame eg.(1 or 2 months) instead of his "in a couple months" response. I guess you can say as most, I am anxious to lower my car as well
