Wow! Wind noise, cheap interiors, cranky transmissions, now bumpers are falling off. What has happened to "Lexus Perfection?"

Hmmm, troll? As I am aware of how a bumper is secured to a vehicle I can say with much confidence that no bumper on any car will just come off. They are attached at the top, bottom in most cases ,and certainly the sides. Lexus bumpers are secured pretty darn well thank you very much.

If it were the sides missing screws (no clips there) then the bumper never would have been flush with the rear quarter panel and would have been obvious. If the top then certainly this would have been noticed anytime the trunk was closed plus it would have been hanging out from the truck area as well as the rear taillights on that cars design.

Sorry, have to call you on this one OP. I am not buying it, so my question now is the motive behind your post. The bumper does not simply come off and if it did while you were driving one would really have felt the impact and no-someone could not have been trying to steal your bumper. That would require access to your trunk to be successful.

Care to post your work order from Lexus?

Sorry, but you have had how many Lexus vehicles over the years? Yet your very first post is this?

Pictures would greatly help everyone understand.

Yeah, lock it down before it gets any sillier. His posts are so shallow, hollow and repetitious, we can't be dealing with more than a fifteen year old in this case...

Hmm, this thread apparently is not clarifying things and is heading off-course. The account given in this thread has generated skepticism from other members. Sorry for the OP's original bumper troubles which, if true, I hope can get repaired. If there are more details and specifics available, feel free to start a new thread.
