My cd playback does not produce any sound when playing a CD. When recording a CD it works and sound is fine but only while it is recording. I did put in the overide kit it works fine. Before I pull evrything back apart does anyone think maybe a wire is off. There were two plug ins of three pins. Maybe one is off. Any schematics out there of the plug ins available. The HDD plays fine.

I installed mine today and I have exactly the same problem except even my DVD playback has no sound even when the vehicle is stationery.

so did you guys figure out what happened?

don't rely too much on the 3gs install. the layout is a bit different from the 4ls
