To keep your mats from getting dirty. My last car had black interior and this car has Ivory. So, it's already starting to get dirty. What do you guys recommend?

I scotch guard the carpet & also use all-weather mats on top for light interior.

Regardless of the interior color I always put black floor mats. Luckily, my LS600hL with the light beige interior already came with the black floor mats.

I'd like to use clear mats, but all the ones I've seen are so thin and cheap looking. Are there better ones available somewhere?

The stock floor mats on my Cashmere interior are dirt magnets. Even using a carpet extractor, they are no longer pristine.

How do the all-weather mats look? What exactly are they made of?

I have the same color as yours, and to mitigate the dirt issue I have always used the clear mats in all my cars. They are thick and sturdy. I have been buying them from the Lexus, MB, and BMW dealerships.

If your dealer doesn't sell them; try the link. You can buy via mail, all they need is your auto make, model, and year and of course the CC number.

Visit the web site I have a link to in my response to ZZZdoc; they have some good pictures showing the thickness.

It is made of plastic/vinyl; thick and sturdy. It is very similar in all its material properties to that what you see being used for good quality chairmats.
