Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a high pitched hissing noise in their LS. It happens (1) with or without the radio on; (2) with or without the HVAC on; (2) at a stop or in motion. If you go too fast, then other noises drown out the hissing noise..same if you crank up the radio too loud.

The hissing noise also changes pitch but the change in pitch has nothing to do with the rpms, speed of the car, radio, or speed of the fan.

I'll bring it into the dealer on the next service to have them check it out. Just curious of ther are others hearing this high pitched hissing noise.

I have this problem when my ipod is hooked up but not on, I know there is a TSIB for the AUX port but not sure if it fixes that.

Do you use BT? If yes, have you tried turning it off to see if the noise goes away. Also, leave your cell phone outside and then try it. I have had issues with speakers picking up a cell phone noise which would sound like a high pitch noise.
