Default I say this about that.

The other day I kept seeing one after another new seven pass buy on the road. After owning 3 generations of 7 series cars, I than realized how much better looking my 460L was. I'm really getting hooked on this car.

In my opinion it's one of the best looking new luxury cars on the market. I have a silver L model with the touring package.

Despite paying close to sticker and having some problems I would never expect from this brand, I'm finding myself really liking the car after almost a year of ownership.

I have to get around and get a pic of my car in my sig.

Thanks for the rant.......

I've had mine for only a couple of months, Gary, but I know what you mean.

I love approaching mine from the rear, since the 3/4-rear view is awesome. Maybe I'm an *** man, but this car has such a shapely, muscular look that I love gazing at its haunches.

Whereas earlier LS's had a classy, but sedate look about them, this one has a distinctly powerful, don't-mess-with-me look to it, and I love it.

Even though I do not own one, I certainly love getting the opportunity to work on them. Whenever I get a repair order for one, I make sure I take it out for a brief test drive. The steering is so effortless, the shift even seems softer than other models, its just a nice all around vehicle.

If I ever came across the chance to get one, I would in a heart beat.

to me how they "advance" the exterior of the car from the previous 3 generations, that's huge

Funny because I like the rear better than the front.

It's a beautiful car from any angle IMO. A couple of years ago, I considered purchasing the LS430, but the styling didn't quicken my pulse. Once I saw the new model, I just had to get one. As with garyr, the more I drive the car, the more I like it.

I always thought the previous generations looked too austere, hence the reason I held back from acquiring any of them. On the other hand, all the cars I owned previously either looked good only from the rear or from the front (sort of like women). However, the 460 looks posh, unique and very avant-garde all at once. My only complaint being the lack of them in this neck of the woods leaves me wanting to spy one now and again. Nevertheless, when one chances by, I cannot but feel a great sense of pride of ownership. This classy automobile looks every bit as good as it drives. A real eye-catcher.

Me too, I like the rear & the side view better than the front, although the front isn't bad either ...

This generation, I particularly like how many different angles there are to the car, it looks different depending on the vantage point, color, wheelbase etc., lots of variety.

Ditto. I also owned all the previous generations and this one makes me salivate. My only regrets is that after owning this LS460L for approximatly 13 months I have only been able put in about 6,540 of fun miles.
