Default Cheaper replacement keys

I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything relevant, so forgive me if this has been asked before.

Is there a source for replacement smart keys cheaper than the dealer? Friend lost one of them to her parents 07 460, the dealer wants $380 for the key + mating it. Wondering if there's any cheaper options out there?
This is the key fob looking one, not the credit card thing.

When purchasing my car I asked the dealer "How much is a replacement?" His reply was. "Just don't lose it!"

sounds about right, it's not cheap at all. programming the key isn't that expensive, i believe some people did it themselves
