Ah it's been months since that one sighting of a Noble Spinel Mica LS 460 L for me, although I do really like the sight of the SWB model I see from time to time. I'd also be interested in seeing a Noble Spinel next to a Royal Ruby Red ES 350, which is what they used at the Chicago Auto Show.

BTW had a chance to ride in an LS 460 L (non-Exec) the other day and it was fantastic. One thing that I found very interesting was how the dash seemed much wider and more sleek than in pictures. I also like how they added more A/C vents for the new generation, now there is no place to hide from the cold air (when it's set that way) .

I was thinking.. umm, I must be doing something horribly wrong because I am thinking even paying 55k for the whole car is rather expensive, and now you are throwing that kinda money on a set of wheels.

Last week, when I went back to the dealership with my LS to pick up the all weather mat they ordered for the Executive seat, there happened to be a Ruby Red ES350 parked in their lot near where I parked my car. I noticed the Ruby Red looks a little darker & has a more purplish hue compared to the Noble Spinel Mica.

That's in line with what I imagined, as I have seen several Ruby Reds and they seek darker vs. the Noble Spinel Mica. Interesting that the LS gets a brighter color than the ES. And the Noble Spinel sounds more rare than Ruby.

well, i think a set of bbs lm 19s probably runs for around 5600 these days. man, if 22s are available? that can easily be 8 or 9k. holy andrew is loaded, haha

Just checked at tirerack, BBS LM at 19 x 8.5 for the LS460L is $1196 each, not cheap at all, but maybe not as outrageously expensive as you suggest ? I guess it depends on how much you really like them ...

They didn't even list BBS LM in 20's for the LS460, I wonder if they even make them that size for the LS460 ? . . .

I have a different question. How long it took the dealer to get you the car after you placed an order? My dealer says about 4 months? Does that sound about right? Thank you.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been away for 3 weeks . . . Yes, 4 months sounds exactly right in my case, I ordered the car early last December & it arrived at my dealership in early April
