Default Coin Tray instead of Ash Tray

Has anyone seen a coin tray that can replace the current location of the Ash Tray in the center console area?

I have not.

But, is the existing coin tray to the left of the steering wheel not providing enough capacity? Do you just want to make the space allocated to the ash tray more functional?

I didn't even see that area. Will look tonite. Since I don't smoke I was trying to make use of the ash tray area next to the power plug on the front of the center console. I've seen some folks put the height control module in there... maybe I'll have to do that and some 22s to make it even more functional

The drawer is above the gas cover and trunk release buttons, and below the AFS Off button.

Push the button on the drawer to open it.

Don't feel bad. A few months ago I didn't realize that the present LS does indeed have a coin holder. The one and only romin informed me of the fact.

Haha. I was doing the same thing. Did not notice the coin tray and was using the ash tray.

I don't smoke, & most people I'm close to don't either, & I won't allow anyone to smoke in my car.
I still wish they have some kind of tray available to switch out the ash tray ...
