I am thinking of putting in a Ipod adapter on my 2008 LS460. I'm in the chester county, pa area. Anyone know of a good installer who does this type of install and what type of system you would recommend?

Thompson Lexus did mine, works great they are in Doylestown Pa not far from you, they did all the work on my car.

I think it was around 400.00 dollars with the part, call and ask for Mark on the gold team, he is a great guy and will help you out.

Just had VAIS SL2i iPod <www.vaistech.com> connection installed yesterday at Cartunes in Atlanta on my new LS460. This is the connector recommended by all of the Atlanta Lexus dealers. VAIS specializes in Toyota/Lexus connectors. They need to access back of radio, but is plug and play beyond that. Full control of iPod from radio/nav. Third-party store is about $100-$150 less than Lexus dealers. Works perfectly... Good luck

My Lexus dealer farms out these jobs to CarTunes also (at no markup) and folds them into the manufacturers warranty
