Was amazes me is that it is a 7.1 surround sound system. Movie theatres and home audio systems usually are on 5.1. The LS460 blows the LS430 out of the water by far.

That is indeed impressive, what gets me is I am still wowed by the clarity and richness of the LS 430 system, which won automotive audio awards. To beat that the LS 460 ML system must be phenomenal. I confess to not having much time spent with it. (Test drives not audio drives thus far).
