Default Is AWD on LS linked to CVT?
I wonder if AWD on the LS460 will be linked to CVT as it is on the LS600hL?

Perhaps there something about the Lexus implementation of AWD on the LS that requires the CVT?

i doubt, if that's the case that means some ls460 will be cvt and some not, that doesn't sound right. gs350 and is250 awd both don't have cvt

No, I think it's the hybrid system that's linked to CVT
