Lovin those R77's

I ordered a set from sevas when the r77's were first coming out and they wanted me to wait 12 wks. Its a set of wheels not rocket science. They make nice looking wheels,take great advertising shots, but the customer service at sevas was shady as hell. I would buy wheels through a middleman because they may be very hard to reach. I even e-mailed the owners, when they first started the forged line, to ask why they think there wheels are better than their competition and they wouldnt even write back. Im sorry but I have a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to these guys

Im sorry for sounding like a jerk but they took the fun out of getting new wheels because they took so long I had to cancel the order. Plus when you are starting a business you need to be very very very sensitive to customer service. These guys were not.

I'm sorry you had such a rocky experience with SEVAS Forged. There is one thing you said that I agree with 100% though. When some manufacturers deal directly with the public it can be problematic since they dont have the facilities or manpower to offer that "one on one" type of sales experience.

In many cases this is what leads the mis-communication, extended timelines, etc. Thats also what gives you the "number in a machine" feeling that you eluded too with the customer service comment. Its kinda like you get yes yes yes'd off the phone. Manufacturers have a really tough job of producing the product, and dealing with customers makes it all the more tough.

Thanks for your input though, we will strive to ensure no one else has this issue.
