From the Lexus website:

Touring Package $2,985 [3]
19 x 8.0-in five-spoke alloy wheels with 245/45YR19 summer tires [19] [15]
Variable Gear-Ratio Steering (VGRS)
Sport-tuned Adaptive Variable Air Suspension (AVS)
High-friction brakes with 14.1-in (front) and 13.3-in (rear) ventilated discs

I searched all the LS webpages for run-flats and got no results. It is never listed as an option but it is an option on the GS and I think SC.... I don't think lexus wants to compromise ride. Because trust me it does.

The SC originally had runflats as a primary configuration but after ride quality complaints it was changed, I believe.

Are we talking about a rigid sidewall runflat, or Michelin's PAX system shown below?

On the GS at least it is the BMW kind of run-flat (not PAX) and I don't their is any kind of run-flat on the LS what so ever. But if it came with PAX that would be cool!
