Does anyone have the invoice price for LS460 SWB in Canada or, in the alternative, the best price they can get from dealer?

It's hard if not impossible to find out invoice prices in Canada's smaller and more controlled market, but here are the US prices: MSRP: $61,000~$71,000 Invoice: $53,070~$61,770 depending on options.
Considering that the prices dropped once the currencies reached par, and allowing for Lexus Canada's higher stickers due to different setups, I would hazard to guess that the Canadian invoice would probably be 10-15% higher than its US equivalent. Trying to negotiate with this in a smaller low volume market poses quite a challenge indeed, as Lexus dealers suffer higher cost structures. For instance, Lexus only made 200 LS600hL cars for the current year in Canada. And, although they sell more LS460s, the volumes are still not that great. You might do better buying a very low mileage demo or used car as I did on the 600 for instance, as depreciation will definitely work in your favour.

Thanks for the advice, Burnaby. Actually I am thinking along that line as well. I am thinking of getting a used 08' in the States and bring it back. I just want to find out as much as information I can about the cost of getting one here in Canada before proceeding.

Canadian LS 460L
I just received a new 460L in Calgary last week and could give you info on that process if you are interested. I purchased through an agent in Phoenix who has a Montana (no state tax) business.
