I will gladly sell you my 19" wheels and tires from my '07 LWB. They have less than 250 miles on them.

PM me for details.

As long as the rolling diameter of the tire is the same you will not have any problems. What that means is just measure the out side of the tires meaning the entire round tire tread part, you could just use a piece of string.

I have the 19's on my LWB but I have air suspension. I've seen 19's on LWB without air suspension but it was a different style 19. The 19's i have are what is pictured.

If your going that far with swapping out wheels I would also go for the larger brakes when they wear out. I have 6?4 piston calipers with ceramic pads....

If the rolling diameter is larger it may bottom requiring larger springs out or cause the speedo and other electronic things to be inaccurate.

The 18X7.5 wheel has a 235/50R18 tire and the total tire diameter is 27.3'' and the width is 9.6''.The 19x8 wheel has a 245/45R19 tire and the total diameter is 27.7'' and the width is 9.6''.It seems to be the width is the same of the two but the diameter of the 19 is slightly larger by.4'' .Does that slight size difference affect the speedo and the way the transmission shifts? Im not so sure how sensitive this computer is to cause problems until the computer is calibrated to the (exact) tire size.Anyone with 22'' wheels will know http://www.bridgestonetire.com/tires...roduct_ID=1123

I measured these two wheels and agree with those numbers. That 0.4" difference in diameter represents an increase in distance of 1.25” per turn at the wheel (0.4" x pi). At 60mph, the 19” wheel travels a further 4,752 feet, or a 1.5% increase, and an approximate rate of speed of 60.9 mph. In car design circles, that change would be considered negligible, and I strongly doubt they would re-calibrate the speedometer/odometer, considering that tire wear eventually throws this difference out the window anyway. The same thinking applies to wheels with larger diameter rims, as long as the tire's OD is close to factory specs.

Did you ever make this move? I'm curious about the observed ride quality on the OEM 19's vs. the OEM 18's on SWB.

Lexus styling issues put me off so I bought a 2009 Mercedes S550 with AMG kit instead.

Wow. The S550's are nothing short of works of art. If we could only have the reliability and engineering of Lexus with the aesthetics of MB.

So far so good - 10,000 miles and no issues.

Fingers crossed.
