Default TPMS on 2nd set of wheels

I want to build up a second set of wheels with snow tires for my LS, but can't find any info on the TPMS in the manual. I'm asking because on my SC430, once the dealer programmed the second set, there was a button in the glove box to switch between the MAIN set of wheels and the 2ND set. Anybody?

I asked this question once before and the answer I got was you can only have one set of sensors there is no switch,You either have to swap the sensors from 1 set to second set everytime you change wheels,or have Lexus reprogram the sensors everytime you change wheels, either way sucks and is costly just to change rims around,This is what I understand but can be wrong.

I have 2 sets with 2 sets of TPS, every time I change the wheels I have to take it back to the dealer to have them program the sensors. It's all done through the computer and they claim there is no way for me to do it. I believe all they do is reprogram the ID #'s of the TPS, but they claim it can't be done by end user

I own a 2009 rx350 with 2 sets of wheels and each with there own tpms. I have 2 buttons on my tpms home base under my glove box and i push it in or out depending which set of tires i am running.
You will have to take your second set of wheels with your attached tpms and have lexus put them into your vehicles system but after that you swap them out as needed.

'Fraid not. Lexus 'cheaped out' on the LS with this feature. My '06 GS430 had it...also had passenger memory buttons...not the new LS.
Guess they were trying to save $10 on their $70K stratolounger.

Here's the correct answer:

The LS460/600 and LX570 do not have a provision for a 2nd set of TPMS sensors. Each time you switch to your winter wheels, you'll need to have the ID codes reloaded.
