I was washing my car with the ky in my pocket. As i knelt down the car beeped 3 times as if i was pressing the lock button, but my side mirrors didn't not fold in, but all the windows lowered and my moon roof opened. Was that normal

on my 430 if you hold down the unlock button for a few seconds you will hear a beep and all the windows/sunroof will open.

Yeah the buttons on your key probably were pressed in your pocket as you were kneeling down. Hopefully there was no problem with finishing the rest of your wash!

is their a way for me to close them all without turning the car on???

The previous posters are correct; when the keyfob unlock button is depressed "and held", all the the windows and sunroof open. This is useful for cooling the car down when it has been out in the sun for an extensive period.

To accomplish the reverse (i.e. closing the windows and sunroof), press and hold the door handle lock button instead until they are completely closed. This step cannot be done using the keyfob.

correct, to close them, you can't do it from the fob (us spec). you can press and hold the lock button on the door handle, or you can use the mechanical key and stick it in, turn and hold it at lock position

The all-open feature is very helpful for airing out the car on hot days...

Yes - sounds like a good feature - just too bad you can't reverse the feature via the key-fob - add Trunk Closure as well.

As per Gulf Specification you can lower and rais the windows / open and close the Sunroof by pressing and holding the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on key-fob ,, its cool

I tried hold the lock button and the windows stayed down. In the book it states if the car is off and i press the lock button on the door and hold it all the windows will close, havent tried it yet
