I’m sorry to hear, same exact thing happened to me at the gym
You might wanna try popping the dent out, just lay down under the car and push the dent out from the inside, you'll most probably have spider cracking on the paint but it will look a hell of a lot better than it does now.

That definitely sucks. I wont fully go into how I feel about people who can't drive/park, hit/rub your car and then just leave but it's safe to say I wish bad things to happen to each and every one of them.
You're probably fine going through your Lex dealer, it would be a safe assumption that they have some good people for body & paint work.

Take it to a body shop and have them put a heat lamp on it and they will put pressure on it form the top and the bottom and the dent to pop back out.
You need to do this right away. Some smaller dents even pop back out themselves.

Firstly that sucks.....Always get a police report were it happened to if you submit that to your insurance company they won't think you did it. It would still be a collision claim though and would count against you.
Same thing happen to my mother in laws ES350 almost in the same spot, she did it. I was able to use a wooden baseball bat end. Lying on my back and rolling and pushing slightly will pop that right back out from underneath the bumper. That tow cover will push right back on. Just below that it does look like a small crease, that will not come out but it will look 1000% better and only you will know when done. Even if your not mechanically incline it can't hurt to try.
Good luck and hope karma catches up to the AH that did that and took off.

I would NOT file a police report and NOT file a claim with your insurance. If you do, your resale value just got reduced by 15-20% extra. A report will show up on CarFax. I would start by getting a good dent remover guy to take a look at it. He might be able to pop that back out. You may or may not have to repaint any of that. If that is pearl white, you are never going to match the pearl pattern again. Pearl cars that have been involved in accidents are the easiest to spot.
