I like the Bridgestone Turanza with Serenity. Seems like the best all around.

I also have an Exec Class. I recently bought my first set of replacement tires (the OEM Dunlops lasted 20K miles). They were:

Michelin - Pilot® Sport A/S Plus
235/50ZR18 97Y
Item #: 332192
Tire Type: All-Season
Sidewall: Black Sidewall
Limited 6 year manufacturer's warranty
Limited 45,000 mile manufacturer's warranty
Class-Leading All-Weather Performance*
Best-in-Class Wet Grip*
Best-in-Class Tread Life, Without Compromising Performance*
Price per tire: $219.99

This is from the Costco website - you have to put in Lexus LS460 (not L) and you get this as one of the optional choices. The big deal for me is that is one of very few high speed rated (Z or V) that actually has a mileage warranty. I really dislike spend a kilobuck every 20K miles. If this set lasts the warrantied lifetime, I will be very happy. I don't run the car hard and we have good temperate weather in NorCal - so no snow or heavy rain issues. I'm not a tire connoisseur so these may not be a good choice for you.

BTW, Costco was having a $70 savings per set of 4 of any Michelins earlier this month - don't know whether it is still going on. I got mine a couple of weeks before the sale flyer came out.

I agree with astrotoy and jlawr. You can't go wrong with either. I've also been researching tires and also found that the new tire by Goodyear, the Goodyear Eagle GT has been getting some great reviews. I think I may be set on them for my next LS430 tire. Let us know which ones you pick!

ok i see them. so i am wondering which tire is mostly used by the forum members and pleasing to them. i need a great tire overall. i drive 30k a year on highways and in florida we get lots of rain. so i dont know i all weather is what i need. all i know is its wet and hot on the roads.

i wanna get good life out them and make sure they are smooth and quiet ride. it seems so confusing with all the options.
