I agree with Nospinzone. I've brought several wheels off eBay and ya gotta check the buyers ratings and definitely use the credit card option. I hope you filed a claim at least. Good Luck

I've bought plenty of stuff on ebay and I do pay attention to feedback. The seller's rating was 100%. I'm now just waiting on paypal's resolution team to give me an answer.

Good news paypal has sided with me and I'm getting a full refund. Even better news I'm not going to be out shipping costs. Ebay is reimbursing me the cost once shipment has been confirmed.
