How do you guys Protect your Paint
So many products out there. Ofcousre the Lexus dealer tried to sell me some thing for $500 with a paint warranty of some sort
I have a white '09 LS. What have you guys used? Have you used 3M or some other film? Or do you just simply put some good wax on it (or have some professional do it.)
I really want to work hard at protecting the paint on my '09 so all suggestions and advice would be very much appreciated

wax is to maintain the paint and shine, but it won't save you from rock chips
on all the cars i won, i have clear bra on them. i use venture tape and i do full hood protection coz' i don't like the line across the hood
for wax, i mostly use zaino

ya, I would do the whole hood too. The demarkation line would drive me nuts. I have a local guy who has been doing 3M for many many years. I'll have to stop by and see what he charges for the hood. Is Clear Bra just a similar product to 3M?

I have 3M on my front end (half hood), bumper, mirrors, headlights including fogs. I have been using the Zaino system for years. I find it yields the best results for shine and durability. I too use the shop up in Boca for all my cars.
