To answer the original question.

If you car came with the active stabilizer and high friction brakes, you're stuck with the 19" rims and 45-series tires (which I would also call borderline low profile).

If you got the 19" rims as a standalone item, you could go to 18" rims and 50-series tires. That would get you another 1/2" of sidewall and a little better ride. The good news is that you can get the Lexus rims on Ebay for almost nothing.

600hl (NA spec) doesn't have touring package available i believe, so the 19s are just the 19s that come with 600hl.

come to think about it, i still have a set of stock 18s in my garage with almost new tires that i need to get rid of
