Default LS 460L on 20's

I sold my GS 430 to one of the Sonic MS boys...... I'm have a opportunity to get a 2007 LS 460L but I'm wondering if 20-inch wheels is too small? Has anyone done this yet or is 22's the standard for the LS 460 series.

I think you should opt to goto 22's. The LS has stock 18's and 19's on them and you have a LWB.

I think optical illusion has A LOT to do with whether the wheels look big enough on the car.

With wheels that have prominent lips, which most people in this forum seem to prefer, I agree that 22", or at least 21" is the way to go.
The lips tend to make the wheels look smaller on the car due to optical illusion.

But with wheels with no lips, I think 20" already look big enough on the car, even a LS460L.

20's are way too small... 22's is the way to go... have you seen vip modular ls460 on 21's step lip?

I kind of like 20's because I feel old school this way... I hope I am not along.

I'm trying to find aftermarket 20's to fit on my 7...but all the LS guys have wheels wayyyy too big for my rickety old 7...hubs won't be able to handle 20+ wheels for very long =( haha

A sick set of 20's with a nice offset & the car dumped will look killer on the 460

I have yet to see a set of 20's (staggered preferably) on a LS. Any pics out there?

Here's my 2007 SWB with staggered 20's. I switched back to factory rims/tires a few months ago. LS 460L on 20's-p1000191.jpg

Just a stunning combination. Great choice of wheels and offset.

Default Looks nice

Call me old fashioned, but I love that look! The 20's look very nice. I understand that 22's lowered looks amazing, but it's simply not feasible for everyday driving. I bet the wheels are much truer with this added pothole buffer too!
