The Italian news program Studio Aperto ran this clip of controversial Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi arriving at his Villa San Martino in Arcore, apparently aboard his LS 600h...an addition to his transportation fleet which is known to use Maserati Quattroportes as well. I'm guessing there is a siren attached to the top of the Italy PM's LSh?

It seems to be the new LED blue strobe light used on government vehicles when transporting VIP's.
