Picked up my new 2010 LS 460 yesterday(got a great deal on it) and it is a great car. I've had 3 Jag XJs prior to this new LS 460 and this LS 460 is a much better car.

This is the first car i've ever purchased that i had to read the manual to learn everything. There is more stuff on this car thsn i've ever seen. My jags and 350Z dont even come close.

Now i have to decide if i want the chrome wheels, tint the windows and get the nav override.

tinting windows is a must on all my cars, and nav override is also a must on lexus, otherwise the nav is useless 80% of the time not just to use the nav, but to access phone book, song info, or on long trips, allow videos for passengers (assume you have ML)

anyone know how to modify the start-up screen on the navi system? Or get into the system - must be a version of MS CE in there some place.

What are you wanting to do? If you could get to the OS you could likely find a cure for the nav lock. I've done a lot of searching on the topic but have come up dry and ending up getting the override kit from Prestigious Society.
