Guys i need your help please. In my 2007 lexus ls460l, back up camera do not work, and i can play mp3,s with sound and everything, but when i put cd or dvd i have picture but no sound.

was the navigation / radio unit been removed before?

Thanks for your reply. Yes radio was changed. In lexus dealer they though it was problem in radio, mp3 playing perfectly fine, but cd and dvd have picture and no sound. In lexus dealer they saying harness damaged????
Would you know where back up camera ecu located???

my first instinct is harnesses are
1) not plugged in tight enough, and/or
2) some harnesses are swapped / plugged in incorrectly

a few harnesses behind the nav and radio units are very similar and their shapes are the same. plugging them incorrectly and i can imagine the kind of problem you running into. i am very familiar with the harnesses behind the units, but without me looking at it personally it's harder to debug.

harnesses are bundled / tied together, i would suggest taking part the units again and make sure nothing is mixed up. behind the radio unit, ALL plugs should be occupied, there should be no empty plugs.

for the navigation, there will be some empty plugs with nothing in it.

You should still be covered under warranty unless you're over mileage. If the dealership did the work they should be responsible unless you did any modifications to their work.
