Finally took the car in..
Well, finally took the car in to look at the sharkfin antenna and it comes out that the previous owner of the car must of backed out while the garage door was going up, and pushed in the antenna causing the back end of the antenna to pop up. And after further looking, it did very slightly dent in the roof of the car as the antenna is screwed on with no glue.
Good news is the dents are very minor, and can be pushed back out.. Bad news is, collision isn't covered under warranty nor extended warranty.
Costs:
248 dollars for new shark fin XM antenna - some strange reason they can't reuse the current one.
500 dollars for 4 hrs of wrench time - having to take down the headliner
So will be almost 800 bucks with tax. ACK...

Not sure how you going handle it but I suggest you take it to the dealership.
It needs 5+ hrs of work to get to the secure nuts; plus when you take the linings apart, there are a few non-replaceable clips to prevent rattling. Make sure you have those clips before you start if you gona DIY it.
Have fun, it's not a easy job~

I'm not.. As its at the dealership as I reply. The prices I mentioned earlier, is what the dealership is charging. At least I know its getting done right.
On the side note, I got an HS250 as a loaner car and with that said, it makes me appreciate my LS much much more . HS is a nice hybrid, but the car has no go and the handling is bland. Its a car made for folks who want gas efficiency and some luxury amenities.
