Default Stuck at 23 mph decelerating??

Has anyone with an LS460 had an issue where you begin to coast, foot off the gas and off the brake, the car begins to slow then just sticks between the speeds of 20-25 mph for extended periods?
My car will constantly do this for blocks and blocks and almost a mile the other night and will not slow down until your foot is put on the brake. No winter mats, mats are clipped in place. I would greatly appreciate any comments.
Am being told the vehicle is within normal operating guidelines.

It could be the same reason why you need to keep your foot on the brakes at a stop. That is, for an automatic transmission in Drive, the engine is always pushing the wheels, even when it's idling with your foot off the gas pedal. The push is greater when it's cold and the engine is warming up because during this time the engine is burning extra gas and can idle at 2,000 rpm. Under these conditions a big V8 can easily push a car 20-25 mph when idling. I haven't seen your video yet so I'm just speculating.

I have LS600 and it definetaly slows down, because you can actualy see how batteries are being charged, though if you put it in N it really rolls a lot, and feels that car is doing it so easily, even car engine is off at that speed...
