Has anyone call this toll free 800-255-3987?
I am on hold waiting for customer service and it's been 30 minutes. I wanted to reach the customer satisfaction department.
It's a long brutal wait. Wished they have a disatisfaction department so the wait won't be as long. Seems like everyone is satisfied with their car.
Is this long of the wait usual for 3PM CST?

i have never tried to call before. i always just email, which i always get reply within 2-3 days, and then i get on the phone with specific representative who is in charge of my case

I think with all of Toyota's problems, the wait time is much longer than it used to be. You're talking to Toyota, not Lexus...
Also, with all the bad press with the GX 460, they're swamped with calls. I agree, they shouldn't keep you on hold so long.
