Has anyone experienced rubbing brakes when releasing them after braking...contributing to it is fast idle which causes car to surge when releasing the brakes, etc....please advise what you've done to correct...thanks

Are you using the Brake Hold feature regularly?

yes, i use the brake hold, but when pressing the accelerator to move forward, the rubbing noise is still there; it's the fast idle (750+) that contributes to this problem...what are you experiencing?

You need to take your car in for a brake checkup; it's possible the pads may have come loose.

Also, I believe there is a TSIB for the fast idle surge.
